WordPress website refresh for local funeral provider

Although we work with Bespoke Funeral Care on a number of different channels, this case study focuses on the design and development of their new website. We were given the opportunity to design the layout as well as the design and build of a new website.

The core website objectives were:

• Better communicate their core values
• Create important strategic landing pages
• Improve user experience

Messages

Visibility worked alongside the team at Bespoke Funeral Care to understand their target audience. We created a strategy with the more important key messages that would resonate with the people we’re trying to communicate with. 

Core Services

The previous website had a number of funeral services but it wasn’t fully communicated. We simplified the offering and made it more accessible to try to encourage more high value enquiries.

User Experience

We identified that the number of clicks it took to get the right information was too many. By developing a website with the user in mind, we were able to make the journey from website visitor to customer that bit easier. 

Content Creation

Bespoke Funeral Care lacked the internal resources to be able write compelling content. Our team was able to present them in the best light, communicate their core messages and provide detailed information relating to the services they offered.
