We want to leave this planet having given more than we've taken.
How we give back...
The climate crisis should be a concern for organisations and individuals alike. As a business, we’re acutely aware of our responsibility to not only raise awareness of the issue but to contribute to tackle this issue.
That’s why we have partnered with a really superb organisation – Ecologi. We’ve found this partnership has facilitated our company to begin to offset the carbon footprint of our team.
We’re really proud of the commitment we’ve made, you can see how many trees we’ve planted so far here:
The people that we employ and the partners we work with are the most crucial part of our business. Here at Visibility, we welcome and actively encourage a diverse team to bring a wide range of experience and skills into the work that we do.
As you see from our team page, we’re a group of digital marketing nerds from a range of backgrounds. We believe building our team this way creates equal opportunities and propels our agency forward.
We’re not done yet
We’re not resting on our laurels, we understand the need for continuous improvement to do better than yesterday. We’re committed to listening to our teams to become ever more diverse and inclusive.
Supporting our community is important to us. As both company directors are alumni of the University of Derby, much of our support has been facilitated by the University.
We partnered on numerous occasions to hire interns, both undergraduates and graduates to help improve the skills of the next generation. We’ve also worked closely with the Careers and Employment service to help upskill young people and provide them with the skills they’ll need for working in the world of digital marketing.
We’ve identified the difficulties young people face and will continue to face as they enter the workplace with remote working. That’s why we’ve been involved in conducting mock interviews and workshops to help provide a real world experience for young people and to educate them into what marketing teams are looking for.
We’re proud to support various different charities with fundraising each year. We combine our charity work with encouraging our team to keep fit and healthy.
This creates a nice incentive and gives an extra boost to our team because when they run a half marathon – they know the company they work for always helps to support a charity of their choice.
In 2023, our Managing Director – George Allsop ran the Białystok Half Marathon and his chosen charity was Rainbows Children’s Hospice. He was able to raise a total of £100.00 to contribute to the fantastic and important work that they do.
