Digital Marketing Assistant (Fully Remote)

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Account Managers in the day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients.
• Take ownership of digital marketing campaigns – from developing ideas, planning, execution and reporting.
• Ensure all tasks for Visibility and our clients are completed to the highest standards.
• Reading, understanding and implementing the newest industry developments and best practises and applying them to Visibility and our client accounts.
• Strive to improve practises daily to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential attributes our new Digital Marketing Assistant will have:

• Experience of managing and executing SEO campaigns in a similar role, either in-house or agency
• Experience designing and developing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Able to provide examples of campaigns you’ve been apart of
• Excellent communication via email and on the phone with colleagues and clients
• Excellent time management and self motivation to work for large period unsupervised
• Proactive to improve systems, processes and campaigns as well to be able to try new techniques
• Superb spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline when required
• The ability to speak with clients and handle difficult questions
• Knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics

Desirable attributes our new Digital Marketing Assistant will have:

• Experience in Pay-per-Click, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing
• Experience working for a marketing agency
• Content writing
• Technical SEO
• Link building
• Knowledge of: Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog

Work Hours:

• This is a full time role at 40 hours per week
• Flexible working hours start between 7am – 10am and finish between 3pm and 6pm.
