Google updates Google My Business (GMB) messaging feature to be available on the desktop version.
Officially launch back in 2017, and further improved in 2019, Google have been developing a Google My Business feature that allows companies to accept messages from their potential customers. As with all Google’s products, they’re trying to make it easier than ever for searchers to get in touch with the businesses they require. Users are able to simply click the “Message” button on the GMB listing and submit their questions.
